Step 4: After 24 hours, you will receive an SMS . Reply Y to complete the e-KYC process.

The government of India to help all the telecom subscribers has come up with a single number for linking Aadhaar to SIM using interactive voice response(IVR) services. All the pre-paid as well as postpaid subscribers should follow the below mentioned steps to seed Aadhaar with phone number.

Step 1: Dial in the toll-free number 14546 from a mobile phone.

Step 2: The IVR (interactive voice response) system will then verify whether you are an Indian citizen or an NRI. If you are an Indian nationality, click on 1. (If you an NRI You can't Link your number with this method )

Step 3: The IVR will then ask you to share your 12-digit Aadhaar. Carefully listen Your Adhar number . Now they asked you to enter last 4 digit of Aadhar . And to confirm press 1


Step 4: Next, the IVR will ask to share the mobile number. The UIDAI will then send an OTP to the mobile number.

Note: Here is a Catch , If the Current number which you want to Link with aadhar is different with the Number which is In UIDAI database. Then you must have that number with you , otherwise you will not Receive an OTP
